How to Find the Oh Baby melee weapon in Fallout: New Vegas

You can find this weapon in Charleston Cave just outside of Jacobstown when playing Fallout: New Vegas. The Oh Baby! weapon is especially suited for melee fighters. Charleston Cave is difficult, so don't go after it until you're mid to high level.
