'Tis the season... for cheap (and free!) video games. THQ's Humble Bundle lets you get 7 games for any price you want, and now they're making it even better by offering fans a free Steam copy of Metro 2033 just for liking Metro on Facebook, which is gearing up for the latest Metro: Last Night release.

Both promotions are for Windows users only, and both require a Steam account.

The Humble Bundle is no longer available, but the Metro 2033 promotion doesn't end until December 16th, or when supplies run out, so if you want your free copy, you should get it now.

Start by heading over to their Facebook page, where you'll find the post with the proper link in it, which is the one you need to like. You can also just go to freemetrogame.com, which redirects to the appropriate Facebook page. Once you've liked the page, the Reveal Code box will appear.

Now, here's the only annoying part. When you click the button, you'll have to give the app "permission" to reveal your code.

When the box pops up, click Go to App and it will take you back to the first page, where your code will appear. Once you've downloaded the game, you can always revoke the privileges and get rid of the app if you don't want it.

Again, they're giving out copies until December 16th, or until supplies run out, so head on over and get yours now.

The next big software update for iPhone is coming sometime in April and will include a Food section in Apple News+, an easy-to-miss new Ambient Music app, Priority Notifications thanks to Apple Intelligence, and updates to apps like Mail, Photos, Podcasts, and Safari.
