You can get the Blood Mage specialization in Dragon Age: Origins from the demon who has possessed Connor. To get it, you need to be a mage, and volunteer to be the one to go into the Fade to confront the demon. Then negotiate with her, and she'll teach you how to be a Blood Mage.
